Property Manager 7 is available by download only. Download the software from the Free Trial page and select the required purchase option to have a registration code sent to you by email.

Just enter the registration code in the software to register it.

Please note: registration code emails are sent out manually during our normal business hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

What does my payment cover?

Registering your copy of the software involves a one-off payment to us. Once you have paid for it, the software is yours to use for as long as you choose to, subject to the terms of the end user licence agreement supplied with the software.

single user version

£399.00 + VAT

  • Single software licence for use on one computer.
 

5 user network version

£499.00 + VAT

  • Multi-user software licence enabling up to 5 users on a local area network (LAN) to access the data at the same time.
  • The data must be in a shared folder on a file server or computer on the LAN.
 

Additional 5 user licences

£150.00 + VAT

  • Requires existing registered network version.
  • Increases the number of possible concurrent users by 5.
 

Upgrade single user to 5 user network version

£150.00 + VAT

  • Requires registered single user version.
  • Upgrade from a single user version to a 5 user network version.
